Delivery and shipping costs

We currently ship your parcels with DHL - Deutsche Post.

Shipping within Germany is a flat rate of EUR 5.90, including packaging.
From an invoice value of EUR 100,-- we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany!
Please note that we will charge additional shipping costs for returns whose amount reduces the order or invoice value below EUR 100!

To Austria, Denmark and France the shipping costs are 12.90 € and from an invoice value of 100 € only 5.90 €.

The shipping costs to the rest of the EU are EUR 14.90, including packaging.From an invoice value of EUR 100, we deliver to other EU countries for a flat rate of EUR 9.90, including packaging!

Switzerland: We deliver VAT-free to Switzerland. The shipping costs are 10 € net, from an invoice value of 84.03 € net the shipping costs are still 5.80 €. Please note the customs regulations, taxes and fees.

For all other countries, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 34.90 EUR, including packaging.

Shipment is by premium parcel (airmail) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

The delivery costs for items that have to be shipped by forwarding agent can be found in the item itself. Freight forwarding is generally only offered to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For all other countries, a request must be sent to info@racket-outlet.de and we will create an individual offer.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees apply. Further information on customs duties can be found, for example, at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/index_en.htm and on import sales tax at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do and specifically for Switzerland at http://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do.
