Racket Assembly

We’ve all been there: no glue at home, not the right cutting tools, not enough experience with gluing, no edge tape, or simply no motivation.

Here at racket-company.de, we now offer an online installation service.

The typical scenario: You have a blade that needs to be covered with rubbers purchased from us. In this case, we offer rubber installation at a great price of just €2 per side.

But we also handle all other combinations, right up to receiving a complete shipment of materials.

In addition, we offer a wide range of additional services, all performed by our trained specialists right here in our workshop.

We use only high-quality brand-name adhesives (VOC-free). In our experience, different adhesives are sometimes best suited for different rubbers. We exclusively use brand-name adhesives from Donic, Tibhar, DHS, or Revolution No. 3. Adhesive films for ox pimples are usually from DONIC. We cut exclusively with very high-quality, black, ultra-sharp blades “made in Japan.”

For edge tape, we select the most suitable model from the same brand as the blade or rubber, if available. However, it is important that the edge tape fits as closely as possible in terms of width.

Please note:

• For blanks brought in, the rubbers must be completely removed beforehand.
• Please provide detailed information about all materials.
• We generally glue everything: new rubbers onto used blades, used rubbers (sent in) onto new blades, and mixed combinations. However, there is no guarantee on the result when using used materials. For example, used rubbers may be too small, or used blades may be incorrectly varnished or have fraying. However, we have decades of experience in racket assembly and always strive for the best possible result.
• We recommend purchasing our pre-filled shipping label when sending in materials.
