Payment methods

  1. Terms of payment

    Racket-Company OHG issues the customer with an invoice for the ordered goods, which is sent to the customer in a separate email after the order has been checked and accepted. Prices on the invoice are always end customer prices including VAT, or for our business customers net invoices plus the statutory VAT (currently 19%).

    In the event of late payment, the customer who is a consumer is obliged to pay interest on arrears to the store at a rate of 5% above the applicable prime rate, unless the store can prove a higher interest rate. For customers who are entrepreneurs, sentence 1 applies with the proviso that the default interest rate is 8% above the prime rate.

    The store retains ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

    The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment of the invoice amount to our account. Our account details will be sent to you again by email. - see also "Bank details" under point. 4 further down on this page.

    Please note:
    PayPal automatically encrypts your personal data during transmission from your computer to our system. The SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) with a key of 128 bits (the commercially available security level) is used for encryption.

    2.3) Credit card

    via Montonio

    		 The goods will be dispatched immediately after the invoice amount has been booked by credit card payment.

    Please note:

    During the payment process, a pop-up window opens to our provider Montonio. There you enter the necessary card details.

    2.6) Invoice

    The order will be shipped immediately after a positive credit check for goods in stock.
    Please specify a private billing address (no company address or packing station)!
    A minimum order value of 20,-- Euro is required for purchase on account!

  3. Deliveries abroad

    Deliveries abroad will only be made if the full invoice amount has been paid in advance.
