DONIC IMPULS technology
DONIC has been researching the swinging behavior of table tennis rackets for over three decades. As early as the 1990s, DONIC implemented this research in series products with the DICON and Senso technology, which revolutionized table tennis racket wood construction.
In 2000, the DONIC Impuls technology was added. Thanks to its soft gluing process of the respective wood veneer layers (Soft-Glueing-Process), it developed into the heart of this bestseller series for the then Waldner Impuls 6.0 and 6.5 and Persson 7.0 and 7.5.

All three New Impuls blades are based on a spruce - kiri - kiri veneer combination, which is glued with a special latex / epoxy adhesive film that has never been used in this form in table tennis blades before. This gives the blades their unique damping and playing properties.
