The Donic Coppa X1 Gold from the new speed-optimized rubber series from Donic. It has a medium sponge and is therefore slightly softer than the X1 Turbo. This makes it a little more sensitive and controlled. It also comes from the latest generation of Formula Donic technology and has an extremely dynamic top rubber. Suitable for powerful topspin from half-distance and also for counter-spin at the table. We recommend Coppa X1 Turbo for those who like it even more powerful (e.g. in the first ball) and counter-spin a lot from half distance. Players who also work with powerful blocking balls and then switch to offensive play will find alternatives in the slightly softer X2 and X3 versions.

The surface of the Coppa X rubbers is grippy. However, it is not quite as strong as that of the spin-optimized Acuda series, which also makes it somewhat less prone to cutting.
