Description
Donic's Burn OFF is the fastest blade in Donic's brand new series. The blade has been burnt for 24 hours at a temperature of 200 degrees, which creates an enormous stability in the blade veneers that is comparable to the properties of expensive tropical woods. After treatment with this Thermic Burned technology, all moisture is removed from the wood and the playing properties are absolutely unique. Despite the stiffness of the blade, it gives very good feedback to the playing hand and offers very good control for these speed values, which is also illustrated by the enlarged sweet spot (optimum hitting area).
At 85-90g, it is surprisingly light for a blade in this speed category, even though no balsa materials were used.
