DHL shipping label

Who hasn't experienced this problem? For returns, exchange requests or when using one of our many club services, items often have to be sent to us by our customers.
Often, labels have to be laboriously filled out and the parcels then handed in at the post office or another shipping service provider.
We now offer our customers a discounted DHL label, sent to you fully automatically (by e-mail), with a pre-filled recipient address (Racket-Company) and sender address (your details).

How to proceed:

1. Place the item in the shopping cart.
2. Your specified shipping address will automatically be used as the sender address (your customer address). If you only buy one label, the invoice address will be used as the sender address. For PayPal payments, please note that a billing address is stored there! Important: Please make sure that the sender address is complete and correct. Do not specify any packing stations and a clear street and house number are important.
3. After completing the purchase (or after receipt of payment if you have chosen prepayment), the finished DHL label will automatically be sent to your email address. (Please enter the correct e-mail address!)
4. Print out the label, attach it to the parcel and give it to the DHL parcel carrier or simply hand it in at a post office. You can also simply show the QR code and the branch or parcel carrier will print out the label. You can obtain a receipt for the delivery and the first scan of the parcel. The corresponding receipt is attached to the DHL label (the left half of the label).

What can the label be used for?

• shipments to Racket-Company of test rackets and blades
• shipment to Racket-Company of badminton rackets to be strung
• shipment to Racket-Company of table tennis blades to be labeled
• general returns or exchange requests for strung items that are to be returned to Racket-Company
• anything else you would like to send us!

The label is valid throughout Germany and can be used for up to 31 kilos per package. With the purchase you also acquire a transport insurance of 500 € and can of course track the progress of the package. Please always make sure that the rackets are well packed and padded.

For returns and exchange requests, we always recommend simply using our shipping carton. Please make sure to cover the existing label on used boxes.
